What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form:

• Your name — so we know who we are replying to.
• Your city — so we can check availability and your local rate.
• Your mobile number — so we can reply to you.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone instead, we hold whatever you choose to send us in that conversation.

We do not ask for card details, bank details, health records or identity documents anywhere on this website.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry: to check whether the Coolma Therapy Mat is available in your area, to tell you your local rental rate, and to arrange delivery if you decide to go ahead. We do not use your details for anything else.

Who can see it

Our own team. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with advertisers or data brokers.

Two services necessarily handle your message because of how you contact us:

• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us there, that conversation sits on WhatsApp under their own privacy terms.
• Google Sheets — enquiry-form submissions may be recorded in a private spreadsheet we control, so the team can respond.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to answer you and to service a rental. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your chosen website language, so the page opens in the same language next time. That stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the product video is embedded from YouTube. When those load, your browser contacts Google, and Google may log that request under its own policies. The video does not play until you press play.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message or email us and we will action it.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from children.
